Drone Tower Could Host Hundreds Of Drones In Manhattan’s Center

Designers Hadeel Ayed Mohammad, Yifeng Zhao and Chengda Zhu have designed a proposal for a building that would serve as a dock for drones. The building’s design is settled in the very center of Manhattan in New York, and it would eventually host thousands of drones of different shape and size, if once built.

The skyscraper building would serve as a docking point for flying drones where they could recharge and stay there for a longer time if necessary.

The building is designed to accept nine different kinds of flying drones.

Although this is a conceptional design for a such of building which would host unmanned aerial vehicles, this design could be considered more seriously if drone technology eventually advances to the point where people would use them for transportation just like cars.
