It is an dual bicycle called “Joules the Robot” and it comes with an robot which is fixed to the back seat. This robot is made to look like a human and it can produce some power to help you while pedaling.

If you are afraid that you might be attacked when you drive alone your bicycle then this could be pretty helpful.
