Floods And Traffic – To Save The Car or To Run Away?

Sometimes floods get unannounced. You are in your car (or some other vehicle) and you don’t have enough time to get away. Well, you have a few seconds or minutes to decide whether you’re going to run away on nearby hill or tall building or you are going to stay in your vehicle and try to save it from disaster.
