Hundreds of Clowns Attended At Annual Pilgrimage At The Basilica of Guadalupe

Few days ago we brought to you a story about SantaCon 2009, annual Santa Claus convention which was held in New York City. Now it is clowns’ turn to take some of your attention as they gathered to attend at annual pilgrimage in Mexico City.
About 600 clowns have attended at annual pilgrimage at the Bsilica of Guadalupe in Mexico City on December 16.

They attended in the annual pilgrimage to thank the Virgin of Guadalupe “for helping them to find job during this year”. The Virgin of Guadalupe is Mexico’s patron saint.
The Clown Club of Mexico celebrated 30th anniversary this year and organized the annual pilgrimage for its members.
Millions of tourists from Mexico and abroad visit Basilica de Guadalupe every year.
